White Tigers live in dense jungles and mangrove swamps, including tropical rain forest

The White Tiger primarily hunts large, herbivorous animals including Deer, Wild Boar, Cattle and Goats that feed both in the jungle and on its outskirts.

Not albino!!

White Tigers are also known as white Bengal tigers. They are not albino nor a sub-species of tiger but actually are Bengal tigers with a genetic defect that expresses a different color. White tigers lack the pigment called pheomelanin, which is found in Bengal tigers with orange fur. They are also called bleached tigers because of their lighter appearance that makes them stand out from their rust-colored peers.

Why White?

A white tiger's pale coloration is due to the lack of the red and yellow pheomelanin pigments that normally produce the orange coloration. A mutation in the gene for the tyrosinase(TYR) enzyme.
In fact, this white coat would be a hindrance in the wild, as it doesn't provide a tiger with any camouflage, which greatly reduces their chance of survival. The truth is that white tigers are the product of a rare but naturally occurring genetic variant within the wild Bengal population. That's what makes the white tiger white.

Few Left

The White Tiger is a Bengal Tiger which is a species listed by the IUCN as Endangered and therefore severely threatened in its surrounding environment. There are only around 200 white tigers left in the world, according to the Indian Tiger Welfare Society.
